Mark Hudson

Mark currently works as a finance policy manager. His interests include supporting the cooperative banking and credit union sectors.

Mark previously worked as a senior researcher for The Labour Party and as a policy advisor in the House of Lords.

​

Mark has a BA from Queen Mary and a Master's degree in History from University College London.

 

Mark learned about the value of community and the growing and preparing of healthy, homegrown food from his frequent visits to Sicily, where his mother was born.

Mark is proud of his Sicilian heritage and is an expert on Sicilian cuisine and culture.
