Mark delivers Sicilian and Italian cooking workshops at the site, explaining the history of food and relationship to the land.
​
Mark's love of nature came from his childhood spent in his mother's villiage in Sicily. Where he was introduced to permaculture farming methods. Here he was able to see the importance of farm to fork and now wants to share this with the people of Wirral.
