Earth Moves

In 2022, Earth Moves was funded to celebrate the Queen's Platinum Jubilee. There was an art workshop where everyone made their own crowns, drag queens were performing throughout the day, and everyone planted strawberries in the field. There was also a fashion show!

The mural was collaboratively designed with the community. It was painted on the outside of the then-brand-new compost toilet that had been installed. The work was called  "Strawberries and Queen". 

​

 

The piece was a collaborative effort; attendees were invited to contribute, and were all able to bring this beautiful vision to life.
